Description

We have designed the motorized hydraulic presses with solid-arch monoblock of the R/NC series with a range of six different powers ranging from 80 to 500 tons.

Designed specifically for stamping, die cutting, and forming tasks.

The latest generation R/NC series hydraulic press has evolved in versatility, including the capability to integrate these machines into automatic production lines.

They operate with a hydraulic pressure of less than 320 BAR to ensure greater durability of the entire hydraulic system.

Structure and Tables

The hydraulic presses of the R/NC series consist of three electro-welded structures made exclusively of S355JR steel. They are stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision. Calculated and designed using finite element software. With all this, we consistently uphold our high standards of precision and quality.

They are equipped with an upper and a lower table made of C45E steel, machined with DIN-650 grooves. The upper table ensures perfect parallelism through four side cylindrical guides with maintenance-free bimetallic antifriction bushings.

Cylinder and Hydraulic Group

Comes standard with a SIEMENS safety PLC model SIMATIC S7 1200 and a 4” touchscreen MOD. MTP-400 located at the top of the electric drive pedal. Allows programming of operation modes in semi-automatic and automatic, power, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. Has a storage capacity of 99 recipes, with all values programmable in each recipe.

The electrical panel incorporates a selector for choosing manual or automatic work modes and a key selector for maintenance tasks.

Electrical and hydraulic maneuvers are redundant and self-controlled. Includes an additional safety block and self-control devices for operation and safety.

Verification and certification of correct operation and safety distances for photocells are included.

For enhanced safety, it incorporates Type 4 PLe safety photoelectric barriers positioned in the front working area, two fixed lateral protections, and an accessible protection with magnetic disconnection detector located at the rear with polycarbonate windows and interior LED lighting.

Allows installation of a hydraulic cushion or ejector.

Meets all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.
