Description

The RM-80E rigid frame hydraulic press belongs to the R series and is custom-designed for specific deep drawing applications.

Equipped with an upper table and a lower table made of C45E steel.

It consists of an electrowelded structure made exclusively of S355JR steel. It is stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process, with an upper table featuring four guides with maintenance-free anti-friction bushings to ensure perfect parallelism and precision, calculated and designed using finite element software.

It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of 260 Bar, thus ensuring prolonged durability and reliability in its performance. It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

Structure and Tables

Rigid structure with closed sides.

Upper table with four guides of Ø 50 mm in diameter with maintenance-free bimetallic anti-

friction bushings to ensure perfect parallelism.

Lower and upper tables with M16 x 18 machined “T” slots.

Hydraulic cushion housed in the lower table with 12 candles of Ø 30.

2 Tn ejector with a 25 mm stroke on the upper table.
