Description
The FDV-330 E fixed bench double column hydraulic press is part of the F series, designed for enhanced precision and capacity, especially for forming and punching tasks.
It utilizes an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of 290 Bar, ensuring long-term durability and reliability in performance.
It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.
Structure and Tables
It features an electrowelded structure made exclusively from steel S355JR.
Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.

Fixed bed structure with open side panels.
Upper table machined to 3,100 x 1,400 x 145 mm with 4 lateral guides Ø 80 and 6 T-slots.

Cylinder and Hydraulic Group
Three single-acting cylinders of 110 tons each, with pre-filling valve, lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
Two lateral double-acting cylinders for approach and rapid return.
Hydraulic group located at the upper rear.
Includes constant power piston pump.
Features automatic disconnection of rapid speed, cylinder decompression valve, and pressure gauge in tons.

With decimal reading and digital positioning, allowing programming of the type of work to be performed in manual or automatic mode.
Regulates working pressure, pressing time, and speed changes.
Allows programming of 99 folders with different work cycles.
The PLC has been programmed to synchronize the press with a robotic arm.
Operation is carried out via a two-hand control module.
