Description

The CD-100E hydraulic press belongs to the CD/NC series and is custom-designed for continuous cycle high production work.

Equipped with a top and bottom table made of machined C45E steel with DIN-650 slots.

It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of 315 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliability in its performance.

It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

Structure and Tables

Features an electros welded goose-neck structure made exclusively from S355JR steel.

Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.

Calculated and designed using finite element software.

Specially configured top table with double anti-rotation Ø 40 mm and limit switches.

Specially configured bottom table with coupling base.

Indexed table with 2 stations.

Rotation time: 1.4 seconds.

Automatic overturning of the lower table via a globoidal cam with 1.4-second cycles.
