Description

The CM-250E/NC hydraulic press belongs to the CM/NC series and is custom-designed for stamping and die-cutting work.

Equipped with a top and bottom table made of machined C45E steel with DIN-650 slots.

It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of less than 260 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliability in its performance.

It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

Structure and Tables

Features an electros welded goose-neck structure made exclusively from S355JR steel.

Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.

Calculated and designed using finite element software.

Constructed with a 1,600 mm throat depth.

Equipped with a top table with 4 cylindrical guides and a bottom table with hydraulic extraction and mechanical parking.

Designed to support moving parts weighing up to 15 tons.

Cylinder and Hydraulic Group

Main single-acting cylinder with 250 tons, assisted by two lateral cylinders for fast advance and return, with sleeved jacket, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.

15 kW motorized hydraulic group with two speeds, automatic disconnection of high speed, and independent operation, equipped with a decompression system. Stop and advance controlled by pressure switches. Operated via pre-filling valves, anti-fall valves, check valves, and pressure limiting valves.

Glycerin manometer with tonne reading.

Electrical Installation and Safety

Includes a digital NC to control the approach stroke, working stroke, and maximum pressing pressure. Allows pressure regulation using an electronic transducer.

For safety, it incorporates category IV photoelectric barriers located in the front work area.
