Description

The MV-800E/NC-SINCRO 4-post hydraulic press with synchro-electronic system belongs to the M/NC series and is custom designed for the adjustment and testing of molds, dies and matrices.

It features four chrome-plated, ground cylindrical columns with 250 mm diameter C45E steel protective bellows , specially manufactured to ensure optimum performance.

It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of 250 Bar , thus guaranteeing long-lasting durability and reliability in its performance.

It meets and satisfies all essential health and safety requirements according to CE regulations.

Structure and Tables

Structure prepared to support 600 tons of concentrated stress on 1/3 of its surface.

Lower table with T-slots according to user specifications.

Top table with T-slots and anti-fall safety system.

Cylinder and Hydraulic Group

Two 400 TN double-acting hydraulic cylinders.

Single-speed hydraulic unit with automatic disconnection of the pre-filling speed and independent operation, equipped with a decompression system and pre-filling valves with pressure proportioning and digital potentiometers on the upper table for movement control and a synchro-electronic system for compensating for off-centre forces.

All hydraulic presses in the M/NC series incorporate a pressure switch located on the side that allows the most appropriate pressure setting to be adjusted for each type of work.
