Description

The MV-600E/NC hydraulic press belongs to the M/NC series and is custom-designed for stamping operations in the aerospace sector.

It features an upper table with matrix mounting and a lower table with front hydraulic extraction, made from C45E steel, machined with 2 DIN-650 slots to ensure minimal friction during the vertical movement of the upper table. This is achieved through the installation of bronze alloy bearings with graphite load and perfect parallelism provided by four chrome-plated cylindrical columns of 200 mm diameter, rectified and manufactured from 42CrMo4 steel.

It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of 250 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliability.

It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

Structure and Tables

Composed of three electro-welded blocks made exclusively from S355JR steel.

Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.

Calculated and designed using finite element software.

Includes a SIEMENS S-7/1200 KP-400 NC that allows adjustment of the upper table stroke, working pressure, hydraulic peripherals, and programming of pressing time and speed changes.

Cylinder and Hydraulic Group

The main cylinder is single-acting with a lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and anti-wear guides.

Motorized hydraulic group with two speeds and automatic disconnection of high speed.

Electrical Installation and Security

Includes a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4” MTP-400 touch screen. Allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic modes, power, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. It has a storage capacity for 99 recipes, each storing all the aforementioned values.

The electrical cabinet includes a selector for choosing between manual or automatic operation and another selector for choosing high-speed approach or slow working speed or tooling adjustment.

Electrical and electronic materials from SCHNEIDER, SIEMENS, and LG.

For safety, it includes level IV photoelectric barriers from PILZ, located in the front work area, two fixed lateral protections, and a practical rear protection with a magnetic disconnection detector, a safety bar, safety module, and emergency stops.
