Description
Hidrogarne FDL-150-100E/NC Double-Column Hydraulic Press With Two Side Cylinders For Pre-Pressing and Pressing of Rotors and Stators and A Central Cylinder For Rotor Shaft Extraction, As Well As For Shaft Extraction In Case of Repair
Machine Type: Customized Hydraulic Presses
Series: Various
Description
The FDL-150-100E/NC hydraulic press belongs to the F series and is custom-designed for stacking operations on rotors.
It features an extendable table for stacking and handling rotors and stators.
The press uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of less than 255 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliability.
It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.
Structure and Tables
Consists of a rigid fixed bench welded structure made exclusively from S355JR steel.
Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
Calculated and designed using finite element software.
Mechanically movable grooved table measuring 1200 x 800 mm with a stroke of 1,200 mm, equipped with a worm gear reducer and a 0.5 HP electric motor with brake.
Central drill on the table with a diameter of 250 mm and a maximum depth of 550 mm.
Useful lifting capacity of the table for moving 4 tons.
Movement speed of 30 mm/sec.
Front interior width of 1250 mm
Cylinder and Hydraulic Group
MAIN CYLINDERS: 150 TN
Two 75-ton hydraulic cylinders (150 tons total), with a stroke of 1200 mm connected by a plate with a central hole of 250 mm in diameter.
Maximum useful height of the cylinder plate: 1,440 mm.
Minimum useful height of the cylinder plate: 200 mm.
ABSTRACTION CYLINDER
One 100-ton central cylinder with a stroke of 1200 mm.
Designed to accommodate an abstraction clamp, end of the rod threaded to M 35.150 x 40 mm length.
Maximum useful height of the abstraction cylinder: 1600 mm from the root of the rod thread.
Minimum useful height of the abstraction cylinder: 400 mm from the root of the rod thread.
HYDRAULIC GROUP
Two-speed hydraulic group with 5.5 HP power “Siemens Motor”, with automatic disconnection of high speed and independent speeds. Maximum pressure: 250 bar.
Pressure regulation system using proportional valves.
Air-oil cooler.
Temperature sensor.
Hydraulic group located on the right side.
Electrical Installation and Security
Equipped with a SIEMENS mod. SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 12” HMI touchscreen mod. MTP with 99 memory slots allowing adjustment of pre-pressing power, pressing, calendering, and stroke of the pressing and extraction cylinders, as well as the holding times during processes.
Electrical and hydraulic maneuvers are redundant and self-controlled. They include an additional safety block and self-control devices for operation and safety. Includes verification and certification of correct operation and safety distance for photoelectric cells.
The electrical panel includes a selector for choosing the type of work in manual, semi-automatic, or automatic position and a selector for high-speed or low-speed operation.
Operation is performed via a two-hand low-voltage electrical pushbutton.
All installed electrical materials are Siemens, including relays, contactors, main motor, etc.
Ready for Industry 4.0.
To ensure safety, it includes category IV photoelectric barriers located in the front work area, two fixed side guards, and a practicable rear guard with a magnetic disconnection detector.
